We have depleted this resource . I was oystering 35 years ago and caught my limit by noon.
I watch the boats come in now with just a few , and it's only 4 boats. It used to be 50 boats with limits .
Shut this industry down for however long it takes to gain the population.
Why do we continue to rape all of our resources?

Why not just a ban on sewage overflows into the bay? That would be a much better law. Then we could all eat our oysters!

PA pollutes the bay more than maryland. It is ashame that the do-gooders in this state continually aim to over-regulate when you have PA and places like Newark Delaware that can spew whatever they want.
