Pryor Will Assume Job Of Ocean City Clerk Temporarily
Wayne Pryor, who has worked for Ocean City government for eight years as coordinator of special projects and grants, will temporarily assume the job of city clerk. The post became vacant last month with the death of long-time municipal employee Kathy Mathias, who assumed the job after a long tenure as assistant to the city manager.

OC is like the old Mafia Family. If a job becomes open, it's already filled. Can anyone challenge me on this?
Wasn't there an assistant clerk in O.C. who could have easily been promoted to town clerk position?
