The 2011 second quarter House of Representatives staff salaries are now available in LegiStorm's database.
LegiStorm is continuing to update our database with new information, and we hope to have a major announcement next week regarding powerful new site features.
The new data, which covers the period from April 1-June 30, 2011, is the most recent available through the House of Representatives. The House releases salary information quarterly, with the release generally coming about two months after the end of the period.
LegiStorm is the only online source for these congressional staff salaries. You can search for your representative using the search box at the top of all LegiStorm pages, or you can browse the full list of Representatives.

This link is a real eye opener. Atleast I hope it is for many Americans.
This is one of the big problems with Washington. It's all become about the money and to heck with the people they are supposed to represent.
I clicked on one Maryland official at random and it shows the pay increased over $342,131 in the last 8 years for him and his "staff". This is just ONE elected official!
Some in Washington want to talk the big talk about deficits and spending but they're not willing to cut costs when it comes to their office, now are they?
I took a paycut when everything crashed, just to keep my job. I didn't like it, but it's better than being unemployed!
