Casey Anthony Lawyers Return To Court To Fight Reimbursement Motion

Orlando, Florida (CNN) -- Casey Anthony's attorneys will be in court Friday fighting a motion by prosecutors to have her reimburse the costs of the investigation into her daughter's disappearance and death and Anthony's subsequent trial.

Court documents filed by the state attorney's office and law enforcement agencies indicate those costs are at least $516,099.31.Anthony is not expected to attend the hearing Friday in front of Orange County Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr.

Absolute TOTAL BS.. She was found not guilty. Can the state now start making innocent people pay the costs of the prosecution? Wow. Better think deeply about THAT.. Think of the leverage the prosecution would have over the defendants?? I guess they're mad they couldn't get the job done and want some kind of "revenge". Our government has no shame and no respect for the very system they impose.

First of all you have to look at the full picture of this case. It is very unique in many ways from most cases. She admits, thru Baez that she knew Caylee was dead for those 31 days that cost taxpayers and others a ton of money thus she should be made responsible for these costs. I live not to far from this case and have a very good sense about it. Especially if she is somehow able to benefit financially from this, she should have to pay.
