If you have ever driven in Texas, you will understand why this change was needed.
Why? (really). Is it because the highways are empty?
no al, it's because they actually know how to drive down there. unlike DC, MD and DE!
7:07....no. The highways are 800 miles long. With nothing there. Do 55 and you'll soon be asleep at the wheel. And you'll take 10 hours to get to the next city.
