Maryland Foreclosures Down 80% In August

The number of Maryland foreclosures dropped by more than 80 percent year-over-year in August, one of the largest improvements in the country.

Foreclosures, defaults jump in Arizona and nationwide California, Nevada, Arizona post top state foreclosure rates for August reported Thursday that Maryland had 958 properties with foreclosure filings in August — a decrease of 22 percent from July and 80.3 percent from August of last year. During August of this year, one in every 2,444 Maryland homes was in foreclosure.

They are down because most of Marylanders are on Obama hand-out programs.

Hell, who wants to work if you can play Basketball all day and get a check each month with free housing, a cell phone, your car insurance paid for, a monthly allowance for food + drinks, all utilities paid for?
