Who got a ticket. And please don't say "he was on a bike". The police routine stop people riding bikes. You know, just to get a chance to search them, check their ID's, see if there are wants or warrants, let 'em know who's boss, etc. Or was it just an "accident" with no one at fault (because the police, as they daily demostrate, are not public SERVANTS, but PUBLIC MASTERS, and very much above the laws they so stringently enforce upon the serfs. so --- who got the ticket???
