Trust me I have been both. In these hard times you put an extra blanket on them and give them a fan. Two rules. Dont steal from me or lie to me, those are game breakers.

Good attitude, I like that.
First night is free, each additional night is $5 but it doubles moving forward. So first night free, 2nd night $5, 3rd night $10, 4th night $20, 5th night $40, etc... This guarantees no long stays.
