BREAKING NEWS:
President Obama has just confirmed that the DC earthquake occurred on a rare and obscure fault-line, apparently known as "Bush's Fault". Obama also announced that the Secret Service and Maxine Waters continues an investigation of the quake's suspicious ties to the Tea Party. Conservatives however have proven that it was caused by the founding fathers rolling over in their graves...!

Actually the quake was opening the new door to hell Obama had installed in the basement of the whitehouse
sounds like a bit of projection on the part of conservatives. Afterall, according to them the runaway costs of entitlements driving us into debt is all Obama's fault. The sagging economy and resulting decrease in revenues that started when the housing bubble busted was all Obama's fault. The loss of manufacturing jobs, which has been taking place since the 70's, is all Obama's fault. And oh yeah, the overwhelming crush of illegal immigration on law enforcement and public services; yeah thats all Obamas fault even though he was deporting folks left and right.
No, just not really into polls. More into results. Way I score it, he gets good marks for foreign policy (surprise to the right), poor marks for economics (surprise to the left), but the final grade is curved due to the outright size of this recession and the instability caused by issues that no president controls. Throw on top that the GOP constantly chooses to run clowns instead of giving serious thought to people who can back up conservative principles with sound logic and you've got and Independent that will be siding with Obama this round again.
Yeah... His approval rating is very low... But how come no one talks about the fact that Congress's is even lower... And the House is majority Republican (and they have a better majority than the Dems do in the Senate).
Oh... Let me guess... THAT'S Obama's (Obuma, Obambi, Obama bin Laden, or whatever other sad names "adults" are coming up with) fault too.
Oh yeah... Contrary to what many may think I'm also an independent. Not sure if I can say I'm going with Obama this time around but as 9:06 has stated unless the GOP can put forth someone worthy I just may. At the moment the only person I could see going for is Ron Paul... But they seem afraid to promote him... Sad. He's do a good job.
If I was President of the US, I for sure would not be taking a vacation in the middle of earthquakes and hurricanes. Seems as though he can hold all his secret meetings where is now vs. bringing them into Washington. A joke of a President we have! Seems as though some people have "drank the Obama kool aid"
Yes, no president should EVER take a vacation. I mean, if Obama was in Washington, he could wave his messiah wand and turn Irene back out into the ocean and make the Earth never tremble again. Man we need pres. Obama in the WH so he can handle all the disastrous destruction the earthquake brought. And no need for FEMA or any state emergency agencies. Obama can come back and handle hurricane relief single-handedly. I mean there is no way he has phone, internet, satellite or any other communications where he is.
10:32 All he does it take a vacation. The jet engines never cool down before he hops on again and is off to another location. If he's not playing gofl he's thinking of ways to spend other peoples money.
Darryl Many will not take Ron Paul serious because of his age.
By 31 months in office (where Obama is now) each president has taken the follow amount of vacation days...
Obama - 61 days G. W. Bush - 180 days Reagan - 112 days Clinton - 28 days
Bottom line get off the guy regarding vacations. Before you say we are in a crisis look at the obvious fact... As president his (their) vacations aren't like ours. Where we refuse to do any work or take calls from our jobs they are never without staff and probably are still doing most of the same things they normally would. When a president vacations all that happens is the White House moves.

Sounds like you are an Obama supporter 747AM.
You probably don't accept the fact that his approval rating
has dropped so much over time.
7:47 Go fly your plane somewhere else!

Daryl, finally a voice of common sense on here.
