It would be great if it did hit OC maybe then those Hotels and Motels would get a much needed facelift. That whole town looks like it still in the 60's. All of the buildings need upgrades and paint, the place is sad looking. It looks an awlful lot like Atlantic City now.

True enough, I love going down to Myrtle Beach, it is great! The Grand Strand is one of the best shopping experiences, plus all of the many things to do, and see. Even the Sunsations stores are kept up well, not like in Ocean City. I think it has to do with code enforcement or pride. If the local Government would enforce the Blight ordnances they could force owners to keep up and improve their properties. Pride, because you want to make everything look good, for yourself and the tourists. Ocean City business owners don’t care; they know folks will just keep coming cus their family before them always did. Ocean City is not attracting many new visitors, nor any that have been to other places. The whole town looks dilapidated and run down.
