Administration Says It Will Conduct Case-By-Case Review On Deportation

Washington (CNN) -- In a move that could shake up the U.S. immigration system, the Department of Homeland Security is going to begin reviewing all 300,000 pending deportation cases in federal immigration courts to determine which individuals meet specific criteria for removal and to focus on "our highest priorities.

"DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano said the review will enhance public safety. "Immigration judges will be able to more swiftly adjudicate high priority cases, such as those involving convicted felons," Napolitano wrote Thursday in a letter to assistant majority leader Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, and 21 other senators including Indiana Republican Richard Lugar.

Reality check: This just means all "low priority" ILLEGAL ALIENS will be allowed to stay. The DREAM (NIGHTMARE) ACT done outside the legislative process!!!

If you're all so proud of your "heritage" GO HOME!!!

So where are all you libtards out there that called Bush a dictator?
Obama doesn't care about congress or the supreme court, or the constitution. More like Hugo Chavez then like an American President.

Let's not kick out voters!!

If you don't like it, then the answer is simple, GOP: Nominate someone who can win 51% of the vote. If you hate Obama so much (PLUS the fact that he is VERY beatable) why do you insist on parading around these tea-party inspired morons as the standard bearers for your party?

The pure tea-party vote will get you 20-30%. Do you think Democrats will vote for Bachmann or the Texas Governor? (And, like it or not, you will need Demnocrats to vote for your nominee if you want to win.) Democrats voted for Regan; he won. Republicans voted for Clinton and Obama; they won.

Dems will not vote for Bachmann, and they won't vote for Perry (and you can blame yourselves for Obama: the only other choice you provided was McCain/Palin.)

Who else you got?

Well Randy isn't that pretty much what Obama is for George Soros.
