Officials Say Donations To Delaware Food Bank Drop

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) -- Officials with the Food Bank of Delaware say that although the demand for emergency food has climbed in the past five years, donations to the group have fallen.

The News Journal reports that more than 240,000 residents in the state drew on emergency food supplies last year, up from 90,000 residents in 2006.

More
