Most Meaningful Five Sentences You'll Ever Read

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you'll ever read:

1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.

5. When half of the people get the idea that they  do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of   them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work, because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

The root cause of most of America's problems is not the fact that the wealthy have more money. . .most people don't have a problem with that. . .the problem is that the money buys influence. . .A LOT of influence. . . which is leading to the battles you see going on today. The majority of Americans are getting led around, despite their best interests, by a minority of extremely wealthy individuals. Just as the tea party is at the extreme right I think we will soon find a growing Democratic Socialist movement (simliar to the Labor Party in England) forming to the extreme left working to see that workers rights/best interests are upheld. I mean. . .why is it that we have Republicans battling AGAINST programs that the majority of Americans wish to keep? Its not because they represent the majority of Americans thats for sure. They represent people like the Koch Brothers. . .because a few people with half of America's wealth can BUY enough influence to counteract what is in the best interest of most working Americans. The view that these few wealthy individuals somehow earned their dollars though hard work (The American Dream) is far from the truth. They we often born into riches. The myth that we are all starting at the same place in life when we are born is just that, a myth. Do you REALLY think someone born over on Church Street or in Bohnak Mobile Home Park park will ever be head of Halliburton? Lets try to be honest here. People like Andy Harris are the best example of true Republicans. They bellyache about "ObamaCare" but then complain about not getting their OWN coverage IMMEDIATELY after signing up for their Congressional HEALTHCARE PLAN. They are all about entitlement programs for themselves and their families but they don't care about you or yours.

All government employees should be forced into ObamaCare. If it's good enough for the American people it should be good enough for the people that represent them and their own employees.

I work a full time job and a part time job. I don't mind working, if I didn't work, I'd be bored.
Having said that, I'm tired of working my a$$ off just to keep seeing the rich get cuts handed to them left and right.
This is why I'd be in favor of a flat tax. EVERYONE should pay the same. Get rid of the loopholes and cuts for the rich and let them start paying!
