Vick Takes Anti-Dogfighting Message To Congress

WASHINGTON - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick brought his anti-dogfighting message to Congress on Tuesday, backing legislation that would penalize those who knowingly attend animal fights and allow minors to attend.

Vick, who served 18 months in prison on dogfighting charges, said he wants to teach kids not to repeat his mistakes and to take profits away from sponsors of these events.

Everyone needs to remember the video's that were shown of VIC beating and burning his dogs. If they lost a fight he would beat them with a club and pour gas on them a set them on fire! The video I saw he was laughing his head off when the dog was crying in pain as it was burning alive! He is a monster and should have never been let out of prison much less allowed to return to playing ball and being a "Hero" to young kids! But in America everything is forgiven as long as you play a sport and help your team win, I'll bet if Dr. Bradley was their team doctor he would be getting off with a slap on the wrist too!
