If Maryland would pass a "Right to Carry" law just imagion how the crime in Baltimore and Salisbury would be differant!!! In all 41 states that have changed their laws to allow concealed carry, crime has dropped noticably. These states didn't turn into "The wild west" as gun haters and Democrates cried it would. Every honest law abiding citizen has the God given right to be able to fight back and defend yourself and family, we need the "Castle" right passed also in Maryland.
It is legal to carry a firearm openly. It's when you conceal it that a ccp is required.
Just try it, you will get arrested for "Disturbing the peace" I know I am a retired cop.

I never said you wouldn't be harrassed by knucklehead cops.
They can arrest all they want. They will lose in court. I know because I am a retired lawyer.
