Hello. We have found a male shitzu dog on Shad Point Road in Salisbury. The owner can call 410-251-2402.

That's how I found them, but it was going to take awhile for them to go through the records, so I emailed Joe (since it seems he helps finds many), put an ad in DT, and left a message with the Humane Society to call me, so he could get home quickly.
