Wow they're giving the name and all out. I didn't think they did that to minors ever. Must have been pretty bad.
For egregious crimes such as this, it's common to charge a juvenile perpetrator as an adult.
WELL WELL we see how well the sex offenders registry is stopping these types of crimes. At a cost of millions of dollars a year to run and have to this point STOPPED no crime. And if the S.O.R. was so great lets start one for all TYPES of crime and stop all crimes...
