Application deadline is 5 p.m. Monday for the First State Community Action Agency 2011 Summer Youth Employment Program. The program begins June 27 until August 12 and is open to youth ages 14 to 20 years old. Working permits and parental guardian consent forms will be required for youth 17 years of age and younger. Participants receive the minimum hourly wage of $7.25 per hour. Applications are available at First State’s office located at 308 North Railroad Ave., Georgetown.
