You can thank Laura Mitchell for that. Funny she never mentioned the need for that change when she got up to the podium while campaigning.

Why not? Why did she wait? To score the votes first?

I thought majority ruled in a democracy. Everyone shoulkd pry their prayer ALOUD & we'll see exactly what the majority is. If you don't practice a religion, then you need not to stand or speak.
