OC FOP Holds Benefit For “Home Of The Brave”

On Saturday May 14, 2011 the Ocean City Fraternal Order of Police held its 3rd Annual Poker Run to benefit the “Home of the Brave”. Riders rode a path of approximately 50 miles and made five stops including the Bearded Clam, Home of the Brave, Oasis Bar and Grill, Blue Collar Customs, and Hooters.

The “Home of the Brave” is a house in Berlin, MD that hosts military personnel thatrecently returned back to the states to spend time with their families and reconnect. This is all done at no cost to the Soldier or their family.

The OC FOP was able to raise nearly $1500 which will be donated to the“Home of the Brave”.
