BREAKING NEWS: Nasdaq, ICE Withdraw Offer for NYSE

Nasdaq OMX Group and IntercontinentalExchange withdrew  their  joint bid for NYSE Euronext following discussions with antitrust regulators. NYSE shares were lower in pre-market trading on the news.
