If only it were a joke in Salisbury like it is in Delmar. Now that's a Fire Boat!

I can remember when Cliff was blazing down the river near Cotton Patch at about 80mph and the Salisbury City Police was shooting their radar from Riverside Drive and then tried to whistle him to pull over. Cliff Abbott then proceeded to give him his middle finger and kept on. That was when Maryland's government was small and there were no fleet of helicopters.
