Now if Waste Management would reconsider their $3.00 Service Charge.

I called them up about it & they told me "ma'am, it costs us money to process your payments to us."

I asked her if there was no charge for those of us paying by check instead of credit card. She said no, everyone gets the $3.00/quarter charge unless you enroll in auto-bank draft payments.

Noooooo, thank you. Especially with their "raise your rates to whatever the hell we feel like it" policy!

What??? I'm being charged $12 per year for paying my bills --on time??? On top of their crazy rates & Fuel surcharge fees???

Im convinced no one at Verizon knows what they are doing. It took me 3 weeks to get a phone turned on and longer to get the dsl working. They gave me a different reason each day. They would transfer me to different departments that would transfer me back. They must look for the idiots and hire them on the spot.
