MSP is involved in a high speed chase around the Zoo and Golf Course.
We're told there's another foot chase going on near the BOE, (could be the same as above) 1050, (wreck) bailout and there may be an issue with a small plane attempting to come into the Salisbury Airport with engine trouble.
They are chasing suspect through the Zoo and are now by the south side of the park.
UPDATE: Suspect caught. The Police recovered a gun by Beaver Dam Rd/Dr.

Unbelievable! Were any of the schools locked down as a precaution? I'm just seeing this now (obviously) but both my kids attend Prince Street. I would have felt much safer if school would have been locked down - did the BOE know about any of this? I didn't receive one of those automated phone calls from the BOE about it, so I assume they didn't know anything either. If that is the case, why didn't the police tell anyone? Maybe it was all over really fast and it was safe before it became a problem, but I am concerned.
I don't understand. Doesn't a radio outrun a car? What's the need to endanger innocent people with a hight speed chase? I'm tired of police cars racing up the streets and putting others at risk. Use your RADIO!!!!!!!!!!
