A hint to County Executive Pollitt: Better check the County owned computer of ole' Petey's wife (a County employee) for past E-bay activity. Seems this was a way some of the stolen property was gotten rid of. But with everything else in that department, nothing will happen and the County will be made a fool of again. Why should anything change since Petey's brother was involved in the landfill scandal. I guess it is about who you know in the County.
It sure sounds like the wife had a hand in this as well. There is just no way this creep could nab, store, sell and profit without her knowing, especially if it has been going on as long as some people (no - I mean a lot of people) say it has. Let's have faith that our law enforcement will follow through to arrest and prosecute everyone that had a hand in this. Since it sounds like this family has a long-standing history of theft, that is the only way their offspring will learn that crime doesn't pay.

Crime does pay for them....that money sent offspring to a many of baseball camps & travel ball teams. Guess he will get college scholarships off all those "Ebay goods" (wink-wink).
It could be a possibility his wife does not know about his thefts...she sure has not dropped him for all his extra marital activities. Guess she didn't know about those either! And this is coming from one that was told he would leave her. B@$tard!!!!

Unless Pete has been dubbed the barbie and longaberger basket bandit I don't this his ebay account will show any stolen items. What goes around will come around. IF he is guilty and that has yet to be PROVEN,he will pay for what he may have done. But all you hateful people that are getting you jollies at someone else's expense will have to answer to that one day too.

I find it to be ridiculous that you all have managed to run Pete's wife into the ground when she has served our county in a professional manner for many years. It's amazing how you all feel you have the God given right to play judge jury and executioner. You think this has been "fun" for her? She's hardly THAT kind of person.

Keep supporting her because she is trying to distance herself away from all this to keep the investigation away from her so she doesn't lose her job. The bad part about all this is Pete will get off with probation & everyone will say he won. The fact of the matter is, Pete is smarter than Ronnie and Pete has gotten himself out of many a situations before and this will be the same way. He will get out of jail and fall into another job with a buddy somewhere (Marshall) but if their life syle does not change, it will all happen again. After 9/23 keep your eyes on your wallet & your wife close to you. Don't let her go to Outer Banks on a "girl's fishing trip."

The JUDGING will be done on 9/23 and I don't think God can step in that day.

I really do feel sorry for the child. It sounds like they have always tried to give him sports opportunities and the best of everything. Too bad it was done with money gained illegally. If the wife is lucky enough to squeeze by this one without any charges, she should thank her lucky stars. Let's hope the son learns from dad's jail time and ends the family legacy of crime.
As stated earlier the whole family on that side is not much anyway. I can say this because I do know them and know exactly what they are like. If you check back years also his brother served jail time for selling a piece of equipment from a job and now is out. He has to pay back the money that is owed from this. They have always wanted people to think that they are better off than they really are. I would rather have nothing then know that I stole to have anything and look better than another.
It is not only the brothers of this family. They have a sister who does the same. They are all alike that is for sure.

Right or wrong...guilty or not guilty...it's not up to either of us to be the judges. Sure, you may know things they have done but sin is sin in God's eyes. It's all equal whether we agree or not.
That being said...is there any time in your life that you have sinned? Did you pay a price or "get away with it?"
In the end, we will ALL face the same judgement--and that will include being judged for judging others.
And for the record...my bet is that God will be there for all of it--court cases and all. You can put your money wherever you feel most comfortable.

As long as there is Richardson and Marshall throwing money at the Croswells, no one will learn their lesson. Pete will get probation and lay low for a few years...but watch yourselves when he surfaces. The taste of the lavish lifestyle will come back.
