PUBLIC NOTICE


THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONVENE IN A CLOSED SESSION ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2010 TO CONSULT WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ON A LITIGATION MATTER AS PERMITTED UNDER THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND SECTIONS 10-508(A)(7)(8).
THE CLOSED SESSION WILL BEGIN AT 1:30 P.M. IN CONFERENCE ROOM 306 OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (125 N. DIVISION STREET).

This is probably on the City's lawsuit on the waste water treatment plant. There have been recent actions in the Circuit Court that have changed the scenario, and the case may soon be back in the court in Baltimore.
