Accused: 1. Lindsey T. Collica w/f age 18 of Salisbury University
BRIEF RESUME: On 9/04/10, at approximately 0035 hrs, Trooper Antal from the Salisbury Barrack was patrolling on E. College Ave. in the area of Spring Ave. when the above suspect stumbled into the roadway in front of Tfc. Antal’s marked M.S.P. cruiser. Tfc. Antal took evasive action to avoid the collision. Tfc. Antal subsequently made contact with the suspect and determined that she was intoxicated and that she was in possession of alcoholic beverages. It was determined through investigation that the suspect had just purchased the alcoholic beverages at a local retail store utilizing her older sister’s identification. The suspect were arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Central Booking Unit for a hearing with the District Court Commissioner.

Parents will be out about $3500 for the attorney. Case will be NP or PBJ. Lindsey will get over it and party on.
She's lucky she wasn't raped and killed in that neighborhood !
If she was my daughter, she would sit in jail for the next few days! And I certainly would not pay for her attorney - what a stupid thing to do probably her first year of college and thinks she is invincible!
and the thing is its college so get over it..lindsey party on girl!
