INCIDENT: Missing Person Located
DATE: September 4, 2010
LOCATION: Rehobeth, DE
NARRATIVE: Unfortunately on 09-4-10 Alex Arroyo-Flores’ body was found in the Rehobeth DE K-Mart shopping center in his car. His death is still under the investigation of the Delaware State Police.
The family would like to thank all those who offered their help, prayers and thoughts.

Oh Joe, I am so sorry to read this I have followd this since day one. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
To the family, I will keep you all in my prayers as I have since Joe posted about him being missing.
I truly feel the police departments aroung the world need to take each and every missing person report more serious. Put out alerts to the public ASAP this could of helped this young man come home safe no matter what was going on. To just sit back and say no foal play is involved it just wrong. It is a human being. Take action and look for those that are missing. God Bless.

This is so sad we all hoped he would be okay. Hope the family can get through this tough time!
8:23, why do people always assume what they think should have been done wasn't done. someone always throwing out a negative when actually what you are suggesting was done. its tragic but try not to be so critical when you dont have all the info.
Info then give it to me! I have followed this since day one, so what do you know that I don't ?
The bottom line is the police knew he had some problems with staying gone for one day due to problems with his girlfriend. So if it had been taken care of like a child abduction then maybe someone would of notice him some where and this tragic ending for his family MY have been avoided. Look all I am sugguesting is we need to do more for are missing people. If I missed some thing than I am sorry. But at this point I stand firm on my belief. take these things serious and if we are wrong then so be it.
