Delaware State Police Sunday August 1, 2010 investigated thefts from vehicles at six locations within the Bay View Shores Development south of SR 54 Selbyville, Delaware. The thefts are reported to have occurred overnight late Saturday July 31, 2010 into early Sunday August 1, 2010.

State Police learned that an undetermined number of suspects entered approximately ten vehicles stealing items and also rummaging through unsecured vehicles. The suspects stole approximately $1000.00 worth of money, cellular phone and GPS equipment. No damage was done to the vehicles because they were left unsecured. In most of these cases the vehicles were parked in the victim’s driveways.
