An 86-year old woman was physically and sexually assaulted at the Churchill Senior Living Center in Germantown, Md., early Saturday morning.
An unknown man entered her apartment through an unlocked window, said Lucille Baur of the Montgomery County Police Department. This was a ground-floor apartment.
The victim used her life-alert pendant to call for help. She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Residents who live in the neighborhood of the senior living center are on edge. In June, a 68-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in her condo across the street.
At this point there is no concrete evidence linking the two assaults. But police are investigating to see if the two attacks are related.

Who cares about Germantown. I thought this was SBYNEWS. My heart does go out to the victem however.
I personally have family living out there. Many of us have elderly parents and FOR ONCE the rest of the MSM is exposing this stuff, unlike the Eastern Shore Hospitals.
