Why in the world would he address this letter as "General Delivery"!
Doesn't have the nerve (being nice here) to fire someone in person and then on top of it can't even send it to their real address?
The elected officials in Wicomico County are a joke! I can't believe they ever were elected to office!
They are certainly trying to hide the fact that she was really doing a good job...too good for their shady dealings.
