Incident: DUI

Narrative:

On March 14, 2010 at 0134 hours, a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to drive right of center at Ocean Gateway and Stephen Decatur Highway, Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland. The driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. The driver was identified as Robert Matthew Swann 24, of East New Market, Maryland was charged DUI related offences.

Incident: DUI Narrative:

On March 14, 2010 at 0134 hours, a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy observed a vehicle that was traveling above the posted speed limit of 35 on the Harry Kelly Bridge. Deputy stopped the vehicle. The Driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest.

The driver was identified as Kevin Christopher Wilcox 27, of Westover, Maryland was charged DUI related offences.
