I think it is great. If you have nothing to hide. It also prevents nepatism. Lets face it if you are in you are in. If you are not part of the Good Ole Boy crew you pay the price. I would welcome it.

Yes they should. As evidenced by the years of complaints and signs related to Dr. Bradley with nothing meaningful coming from it until way too late, the insiders will just cover for one another anyway.
Only if the they are not the majority making of the review and in charge with any punishment. Most people can not truly know what these professions go through and do unless you are in that profession.
