3/12/10 4pm until? at Poweville Fire Company the Powellville Ladies Auxiliary will be serving a Chicken & Oyster Dinner. Powellville is well known for their fantastic Oyster Fritters.
Directions: From Salisbury, take Rt 50 toware Ocean City, turn right onto Poweville-Willards Rd (at blinking light in Willards). Drive about 4 miles and the fire house is just past the Adkins Mill Pond.

What type of chicken? BBQ? bake? fried? Is it an oyster fritter? Sounds yummy I might just have to take a trip once I find out all the details!
Baked Chicken and it's an oyster fritter.....very good! Go everytime they have one to get a carryout.
You won't find a meal anywhere else likes this but in Powellville at the firehouse. Great people and great food. Bring the whole family out. There will definetly be plenty to eat.
I am from the Powellville Fire Company its not baked chicken, they are fried fritters, mashed potatoes, all the dumplings you can eat. and no there is NO beer! $12.00 a platter. If you have any other questions call 410-835-8181, don't ask people on a website they dont always know how much or whats on the menu call the firehouse. thanks!
