Salisbury Police Department Press Releases

Robert Lee Williams, 42yoa of Salisbury, MD was arrested and charged with Trespassing. On March 9, 2010 at approximately 11:50am an officer responded to WalMart on North Salisbury Blvd for a subject trespassing. On arrival, the officer met with Loss Prevention personnel who had detained Williams. It was learned that Williams had been previously barred from the store in August 2009. Williams had also signed a no trespass order. Williams was released to the custody of Central Booking.

Katelyn Elizabeth Sigai, 18yoa of Parsonsburg, MD was arrested and charged with Theft less than $100. On March 9, 2010 at approximately 5:48pm an officer responded to WalMart on North Salisbury Blvd for a subject detained for shoplifting. On arrival, the officer met with Loss Prevention personnel who had observed Sigai acting in a suspicious manner. Sigai was observed to remove several items from their respective packages and secrete those items on her person. Sigai purchased other items before leaving the store. Sigai was stopped and the stolen merchandise was recovered. Sigai was released to the custody of Central Booking.

Timyron Lamont Hutt, 20yoa of Salisbury, MD: Circuit Court Bench Warrant-Fail to Appear.
Joseph Everett Domneys, 46yoa of Salisbury, MD: Arrest Warrant-Asssault 2nd.
Jeri Lynn Bowen, 45yoa of Salisbury, MD: Circuit Court Bench Warrant-Fail to Appear.
Courtney Rae Spicer, 19yoa of Laurel, DE: Arrest Warrant-Possession of Herion, Possession of Marihuana, 3 counts of Possess a Destructive Device.
April Mae Matthews, 23yoa of Delmar, MD: Bench Warrant-Fail to Appear.
All subjects were released to the custody of Central Booking pending bond review.

No more prostitution/solicitation arrests huh? Looks like the increased pressure may have cleaned things up. I don't see "the ladies of the night" struttin on 13 as much these days. Go SPD!
