The Salisbury Police were in a high speed chase moments ago. A #1 male stole a 2007 Ford Mustang on Naylor Street. The chase ended just in front of the Elks Club.

I think car thieves should ba handed over to the owner of the vehicle or the the owner's designated surrogates.
The owners of the vehicle stolen should have complete discretion as to what they would like to do to the thieves.
Car theft would cease to exist in this country!
