I hear all the time that they are meeting but can you tell what they have done in 3 years?

I've heard of them . . .but what I hear is that they don't really accomplish a whole lot.
I believe these associations come together to discuss things like mosquito spraying, street sweeping, and traffic studies.
Anonymous 10:26 I guess am I what you call a Newbie to this site. I have only been following Joe for 4 months. I honestly have never heard of them , but if it makes you feel better I will try HARDER to pay attention. ;)
9:29 -- Last year they got Ireton elected mayor and this year they will help Pollitt get reelected.
Some of the members of that group are zealots -- Pretl for instance.
I never heard of them either,maybe its because of the term "neighborhood congress" is whats throwing us off TDP,that term doesnt ring a bell and niether do they either probly,lol! :)
I know that they have had some great forums for HOAs. They are growing and are trying to get their neighborhoods and communities to work together. Ms. Marine and Ms. Pilchard are doing a stellar job. I get e-mails every week about the new members coming in. Thank you, Mr. Albero, for providing notice of the meetings.
