Linda Kent came to a final settlement with the old mall owners, to which I believe never made their financial commitment/donation to the Wicomico Library, as agreed in the settlement.

Joe began the downfall of Barrie's regime and this was another big blow to her Reign--it was all downhill after that! Yeah!! Power To the People!
BTW, Barrie can be guesting on PAC-14 these days

Joe, I think the mall guys forked over after being overdue to pay.
Don't hold me to it but I overheard that a certain gutsy councilwoman and the pretty lady in pink made sure it got paid.
I still don't trust those mall guys. That price on the parking lot is obscene.
As a taxpayer I feel so violated!
Yea, Ricky sure did drive it up good and deep. Ouch, remember that when election time comes.
