ACCUSED: Mark Allen Newton of Delmar, MD, 50 YOA
BRIEF RESUME: On the above date and time, a trooper from the Salisbury Barrack initiated a traffic stop on Northwood Dr. Contact with the driver revealed Newton to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Search of the accused revealed a smoking device and additional marijuana inside the vehicle. Newton was transported to Wicomico County Detention Center where he is awaiting disposition before a district court commissioner.
