I understand that the Circuit Court has ruled in favor of those who appealed the Waller Landing mega-project in Hebron!
Hebron just can't seem to get basic things done correctly and according to the law!!!!

The similarity with the Salisbury Mall rezoning is astounding. In each, the town fathers were warned that they were violating the law, but they just belittled and disregarded the advice. And in each case they paid their attorney thousands of dollars in fees first to do the deed and then defend it in court unsuccessfully.
