SNOW EMERGENCY LIFTED IN SALISBURY
Effective February 18, 2010 5:00 pm the snow emergency plan will be LIFTED for the City of Salisbury. Parking on Snow Emergency Routes can be resumed. If you have any additional questions contact the Salisbury Police Department at 410-548-3165.

Saw them out plowing before 5 today, clearing intersection.
A couple of questions come to mind here:
1) How many vehicles actually got towed that were left on the marked emergency routes?
2) Did the city equally apply their policy to all vehicles that were left parked on all snow emergency routes?
