Frustrated by his inability to advance his agenda in Congress, President Barack Obama is hoping to use executive powers to accomplish some of his policy goals.
“We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues,” Rahm Emanuel, the White House chief of staff, told The New York Times.
According to the Times, Obama aims to skirt the legislative process on energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic issues.

Cut the Tyrant crap. Funny how if this were a Republican using executive orders, you would be saying this is apart of the normal checks and balances. As long as the president is using the powers granted to his office, there nothing wrong with the use of these orders (whether you agree or disagree with the decisions made).

Like Andy Stern said, "If we can't use the power of persuasion, we will use the persuasion of power". That's how communists get it done. A few years ago, I would have never thought it would be possible-not in America. That's the problem-America isn't America anymore. We have been hijacked and if we don't start taking things back we are doomed. Hope for a peaceful revolution in November and get ready for bloodshed if it doesn't happen. Everyone complains that he hasn't accomplished anything, but it's because the republicans shoot everything down. They are determined that he not accomplish anything. Executive order is needed in this time of uncertainty.
If republicans weren't there to shoot down a 25%+ tax increase with less health care and the rocketing prices of fuels and energy from a "climate change " farce, we would be in worse shape now than we are now!
