Usually a DWI happens when you have had to much to drink. lol Just kidding. She either had one heck of a hang over or she has a serious drinking problem.

I think that means were they involved in an accident.
Alcoholics maintain blood levels. They have no time,place or person necessary to drink alcohol. And without intervention this disease process continues. Hopefully medical and personal support will initiate a lifechanging process.
Is there any way to find out if anyone listed is a repeat offender?
I believe seeing your name in print, being posted on blogs and posted in businesses will prevent future episodes. Hopefully it would be a wake-up call.
