Ordinance No. 2095 – 2nd reading - amending 5.22.070(A) of the Code to increase the percentage of the cable television franchise fee that is dedicated for the Public, Educational and Governmental (PEG) Channel
Ordinance No. 2097 – 2nd reading – approving an amendment to the FY10 Sewer Fund budget (chemical costs)

Resolution No. 1883 - authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of Police to sign a Mutual Aid Agreement between Wicomico County, the City of Salisbury, the City of Fruitland and the Town of Delmar to allow the police departments and the Sheriff’s Office to operate sobriety checkpoints within the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County
Resolution No. 1884 - endorsing the revitalization of the Richardson Apartment House (known as “The Bricks”) to be financed either directly by the Department of Housing and Community Development of the State of Maryland or through the Department’s Community Development Administration
Resolution No. 1885 – authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with PAC 14, Inc. providing for Public, Educational and Governmental Programming to be made available through the cable television system or systems serving the City

Proposed agenda items for February 8, 2010 (subject to change) Charter Amendment Resolution – amending §SC6-7, Primary elections, for the purpose of providing that a voter may vote for no more than one candidate per available position from the candidates on the primary election ballot and §SC6-9, Election of Mayor and Council, for the purpose of a) moving the date of elections from April to November beginning in the year 2015, b) modifying the terms of the three Councilmember positions who will be elected in April 2011, and c) modifying the terms of the Mayor and the two Councilmembers who will be elected in April 2013
Charter Amendment Resolution – amending §SC2-3 and §SC3-3 of the City Charter to permit elected officials (Mayor and City Council) to participate in employee benefits programs and removing reference to the salary amounts for
elected officials
Ordinance – 1st reading – approving an amendment to the FY10 General Fund budget to budget the expense for several vehicles that were budgeted in FY09 but not delivered and paid for until FY10 and to budget for a replacement for a fire destroyed vehicle.

What's up with The Bricks? I don't understand what they're doing...and when did it become Richardson Apartment House? Is that an attempt to confuse the public? If so, without the aka tag it would have worked.
Another case of spending state money, and not caring?
