Crime: Possession of Marijuana
Accused: Henry Lee Coleman, Jr., 10-22-1989, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 11/17/2009 at approximately 0117 hours, a trooper from the Maryland State Police Berlin Barrack stopped a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass operated by Henry Coleman. The trooper detected the odor of burnt marijuana and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and a glass smoking device. Additionally, a black digital scale was seized from the vehicle. Coleman was taken to a Worcester County District Court Commissioner.
Disposition: Taken before Commissioner.
