Donnie Williams is getting an Enterprise Tax Zone credit? Let me guess - it's a huge tax write off for his condos on the ditch where his office is? I'm glad to see that our tax dollars are going to subsidize the life of a guy who made MILLIONS participating in the degradation of Salisbury through sub-standard rental housing, trying to disrupt the moving in of BLACK PEOPLE to his neighborhood, and ripping off college students. Oh, and let's not forget the ALARM GUARD FIRE.

This should be an interesting meeting IF citizens show up to speak out about the lawsuit and IF Smith allows the citizens to speak. IF she shuts down the meeting as she has in the past citizens should do something about it.

Also, don't forget her signing things that are NOT her job to do!
