Salisbury is the perfect place to hide and get away with anything. Your surrounded by criminals and you can blend in easily. The cops dont care and are not going to do any special investigating on you for sure. I suggest they go to the Church St. area and stay near the Thrift Travel or Chesapeake Inns.
Tells me that the chief lives is a dream world and spends way to much time at the American Legion.

Don't be mistaken,Crisfield is no Utopia its overall a friendly and safe town but just under the surface theres a bad element-the difference is that CPD is out there trying to clean it up for the most part.They have no control over the courts letting people go but they do their share of proactive law enforcement.
I DO agree with 10:34 that the projects are a priority.There are alot of fights,underage drinking and "slinging" out there and the innocent residents have a right to a safe pleasant neighborhood for their families.
I am glad Crisfield was "too hot" for this thug and hope word gets out that the heat is on.
