Isn't it funny how the majority of SPD arrests are people that are already in custody?

The university terrace incident- If the guard told him to leave and then runs when the cops get there, why was he arrested? If the person wants to leave and cant isnt that being siezed? That person is not allowed to leave once the cops get there? Isnt that causing more ruckus than anything. The cops presents does alot but once they show up, hes on lock down? Im just trying to understand. Another thing, students cant have comapany? So if the parents come down to visit, the guards can call the cops?
