Suspect(s): William H. Matthews, age 55 of Dover
Resume: On September 29th, State Police Detectives were investigating a report of an alleged sexual assault that occurred on September 18th, 2009.
The nine year old victim reported the incident to her mother on September 20th. The victim was interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center on September 29th, 2009 and it was learned that she was allegedly sexually assaulted by William Matthews, age 55 of Dover, at the victim’s father’s residence. The suspect is an acquaintance of the victim’s father.
The suspect was arrested on charges of Rape 1st, Unlawful Sexual Contact 1st, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Matthews was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $56,000 secured bail.

My daughter and I had a similiar experience with tailgating so I slowed down to a craw. Once they got a view of "the piece", well that changed everything.
