The Salisbury Police Department's Website has been down for the past 24 hours. We're not sure if they simply didn't pay the bill or if they don't even know it's been Out of Order, since they rarely post current information there on a daily basis anyway. So if you're wondering why there's been no updates, (this time) it's because their Site is down and out.
I'll bet you a million bucks that if they didn't know, they do now. LMAO!

Yeah, who cares anyway. The SPD site isnt up dated. 2007 IA investigations? LOL They wont display the IA investigations for 2009. You fart in roll call, your in IA. Those little numbers in 2007 are almost 4 times more in 2009. Kemp loves doing IA's investigations. Complete BS ones at that.
